1. Refund Policy:
Products are non-refundable once delivered or sold. Advance delivery charge in non refundable.
2. Return and Exchange:
No return or exchange is allowed after the delivery is completed.
3. 1-Year Free Service Warranty & 6 Months machine replacement
We offer free repair service for 1 year if your watch has any technical problems—like battery issues, hands not moving, or other machine-related faults.6-Month Machine Replacement: If there’s a major issue with the watch machine, we’ll replace it free of cost within the first 6 months.Note: After 6 months, if any parts (like the machine) need to be replaced, the customer will have to pay for the parts
4. Exclusions:
Physical damage is not covered under our warranty policy.
NO COLOR WARRANTY AS IT COMPLETELY DEPENDS ON THE USAGE/CARE OF CUSTOMERS.
5. Warranty Card:
The warranty card is essential for availing services. Losing the card will result in the inability to claim warranty services.
6. Service Procedure:
Our 1-year service warranty covers technical issues, including but not limited to battery failure, non-movement of hands, or any machine-related problems.If there’s a major issue with the machine, it will be replaced free of cost within the first 6 months.Note: If any part (like the machine) is needed after 6 months, the customer has to pay for the part. Customers are responsible for sending the watch to our designated service center. If delivery is preferred, associated charges apply and must be paid by the customer. You have to open the package in front of the delivery man and see if there is any problem in it, for example: different product/ not the one you ordered or product has a problem—then you can return it to the delivery man.But if you don’t want it / it doesn’t meet your satisfaction level, then you can return it by paying the delivery charge: 70৳ Sold goods aren’t refundable/returnable after the delivery man leaves. Thank you.
:If for any reason the watch machine gets damaged and cannot be repaired, and a replacement is needed—but the same machine is not available in the market (this is a rare case, but we believe in being transparent)—then the customer will have to wait until the original machine is available again, as we do not import machines.Alternatively, the customer can choose to install a normal machine if they prefer not to wait.
